Bolero made a priceless addition to both the show and breeding strings of my previous barns. Born and raised in Germany, the homeland of the westphalian and the masters of dressage, he has proven to be an exceptional performer and sire. His appearance is imposing - tall, black, strong, but he is elegance personified and a true pleasure to work with.

He is named after the music of Ravel - a striking piece of music that suits this bold and powerful horse perfectly. He is the epitome of classic manners, always the gentleman. He combines a gentle nature and true professionalism, making him one of the most delightful horses I have had the pleasure of working with.

He also provided the foundation of Epiphany Performance Horses' and then Heritage Park's Westphalian breeding program. His permanent girlfriend was the beautiful Libelle, and together they produced a remarkable line of offspring - all of whom were black fillies!

Bolero achieved a remarkable amount during his time in sim-games, and was active in HOCK, Hay!Land and Caballus. In Caballus he won the gold medal for Grand Prix Dressage at the 2003 Caballus Olympics. He was also a Blue Preferred Caballus Warmblood Horse Registry Stallion in the Grade II Studbook and was a Caballus Westphalian Verband Premium Rated Stallion in the Studbook, achieving the highest marks ever awarded to a stallion.

Bolero is now enjoying a wonderful retirement away from sim-games. His bloodline was too precious to lose, however, and Terre D'Ange is the home to the beautiful stallion Byron and his most famous daughters - Banshee and Baroque, both out of Libelle. He also has several other offspring in Riata, as several members belonged to Caballus and brought their Bolero offspring into Riata with them. These horses, in addition to the darling grand-offspring that are also being born, will ensure Bolero's bloodline will never be in danger of flickering out.
