Cinnabar is an exquisite mare who brings the gorgeous champagne colouring into the Terre D'Ange breeding program. She's vibrant, elegant, and exceedingly exotic with a color that just screams gorgeous at the top of it's lungs. She competed in dressage before being selected as a broodmare for her fabulous colouring, and her past training is evident in the natural grace of her movements. She has a delightfully sweet nature and is always watching, seemingly hungry to please. Cindy always has visitors flocking around her with her jaw-dropping looks. Cindy's foals all inherit her natural grace and beauty, her sculptured face and her endlessly long legs. She is a wonderfully attentive mother and an amazing asset to Terre D'Ange. Thanks to Jadea of ORC for looking after her during 2006 while I was on sabbatical from Riata!

What's In A Name?: Cinnabar was named after a character who was a healer in 'The Black Gryphon', by Mercedes Lackey. Cinnabar is also the name of the ore of mercury, which has a red colour.
