Colour Genetics: Dionysus is a palomino homozygous tobiano (base colour red chestnut, genotype AAAaEeEe CRcrCR+ TOtTOt). If you need help determining the colour of your foal, please let me know.

The mare owner agrees to the following terms:

• Notification of Birth: Terre D'Ange must be notified of the foal's birth within one week of the birth date.
• Aging: If the mare owner wishes to, the foal may be aged to no older than four years of age.
• Selling: Terre D'Ange must be notified of all changes of ownership of the foal.
• Breeding: Should the foal have any offspring, please inform Terre D'Ange so that I can keep my records updated.
• Leaving: If the owner wishes to leave Riata, the owner must find a new home for the foal within Riata. This rule may be waived if special circumstances apply.

The mare owner is responsible for all veterinary costs pertaining to insemination of the mare and further mare care.

Dionysus comes with a Standing & Nursing Live Coloured Foal Guarantee (colour guarantee extends to tobiano only, not dilute). Should the foal die before standing, the mare owner may claim a refund for the stud fee or another breeding to the same stallion.
