Aging: The horse/pony may not be aged (either higher or lower) under any circumstances. Please note that D'Angeline horses are born in the Southern hemisphere, therefore have birthdates at the end of the year. Therefore a horse born in October 2004 will not be ready to start showing in yearling classes in January 2005.

Horse/pony details: No details of the horse/pony, including name, breed, sex, colour, height, sire, dam or date of birth may be changed. However, the buyer may change the discipline of the horse/pony (unless stated otherwise) and may choose to geld entires.

Care of horse/pony: The buyer must ensure the horse/pony is regularly seen by both a vet and farrier. The buyer must also ensure the horse's/pony's vaccination and worming is kept up to date. The buyer must see to it that the horse/pony is fed adequately and not overworked.

Resale: In the event of the buyer reselling the horse/pony, Terre D'Ange must be notified prior to the horse/pony being offered for sale and be given the option of buying the horse/pony back for a reasonable price. If Terre D'Ange chooses not to buy back the horse/pony, Terre D'Ange must be notified of all new buyers.

Reclaiming: Should the buyer leave Riata, be expelled or become inactive, Terre D'Ange reserves the right to reclaim the horse/pony.

The buyer understands that any breach of this contract will terminate the sales agreement between them and Terre D'Ange, and the horse/pony may be reclaimed without a refund of the purchase price.
